The lady at the front desk was very helpful in telling me how to walk to Jack-in-the-Box. I asked if it was a good area to walk through and she confirmed that she lived nearby and it was a short and safe walk to the restaurant. I also really appreciate the pocket pack of tissues that was left in the room from Red Roof Inn. My allergies were very different in the area and they helped me until I could make it to a CVS to get more tissues. I would suggest perhaps leaving two packages of tissues to help customers with allergies.

The staff were amazing! After a horrible, scary situation with Super 8 Chandler, we made a last-minute reservation, and we were met with cute hotel cats and wonderful conversation. The hotel is so clean and smells nice. It was so quiet and clean. You would never know that there were even pets there.

very accommodating, I chose them because we were flying in early for a graduation ceremony and they agreed to let us stow our luggage before check in time. when we arrived around noon, they actually were able to get us in a room. that was so nice to be able to change and get ready before the graduation.

Room was Clean and appeared to be well maintained by the staff. I could tell this was an older property but the rooms were comfortable, clean and everything worked. Age determined by rust around drain in Bath/Shower, but the tub was clean. Also,I liked the Security of the building with key Card required to enter after hours and interior hallways.

The staff were wonderful. They were so friendly and welcoming it was a pleasure to see happy people after a long drive. I got moved to a king bed room that was very nice. it was a great stay.
